Can someone post a tried and tested sajji recipe ? Can we make sajji in electric oven ?

I think they do not put too many kinds of masala on marinating sajji. The difficult thing is the cooking of it.

CHICKEN SAJI

vinger 4-5
whole chicken with skin 1.1/2 kg
kali mirchi as required
salt as required
vinger mai salt and black pepper mix ker leye
ik plastic bag leye zip lock wala
chicken ko bag mai dal deye
then us mai vinger mixture dalshake ker leye then fridge mai rakh deye 8-10 hour
then chicken nikalye again us mai salt pepper laga leye
poora cavity waqara mai rub ker ley
then kisi bhi can ko chicken ki cavity mai fix ker leye
baking dish mai chicken ko stand ker leye
she make it in stone oven on slow flame for about 2 hours
i think we can bake on 180 C for 1.1/2 hour
then serve on a bed of Namkeen chawal
