you can mix it with yoghurt and some cream ... chill it ...
In a bowl , add a few fruits and then put the thick layer of the mango mix on top.
It tastes yummy.

Yup, I'd do wat CB suggested. Mix some pulp with a tub of coolwhip and condensed milk (or even sugar) and mix in some canned fruits, sponge cake, jello, or even freshly chopped mangoes.

mango lassi: mango pulp + lots of yoghurt. some sugar if you want. blend it, stick it in the freezer for an hour or so. serve chilled with a dusting of cinnamon on top. we had it for iftari today.

I've tried mango custard. If you have plain vanilla flavor, just put some pulp in it when you are making it. Leave it to cool and add some fruits in it.

Mango Ice-cream!!!!
put in the blender the mango pulp, milk and sugar mix it until you have a creamy mix it must be very sweet 'cause after that you will put it into the refrigerator and then you can enjoy mango ice cream!
another recipe I found at a free desserts site is Mango on Sticky Rice(recipebuddys.com/free-recipes/mango-on-sticky-rice-57), all you need to do is make the coconut milk and sticky rice, then peel and slice ripe a mango. Place sticky rice on a small plate and top with mango. Spoon the coconut milk on top of the handle and sticy rice.
And there you go!
Good luck!

or take like a bucket of 2 gallon vanilla icecream (the cheap kind works best), let it melt a bit, mix the can of pulp in it, freeze it again. really good icecream believe it or not. to make it look even yummier, you can mix in chunks of actual mangoes.
