i usually make the no bake cheese cake its pretty fast.
graham crackers and butter for the base
creme cheese(16 oz), whipping creme(1 cup), sugar( a tbsp or 2 depending on the jello flavor) and a pack of flavored jello( all mixed together) for the top
if i want to change it a bit i use oreo cookies for the base instead of graham cracker( i always use rasberry jelo for this one)

Cheese Cake ( Excellent recipe)
by Farah jehanzeb
Ingredients:
• Butter, melted – divided ( this should be about 1 ½ of the standard
package available at stores ) 300 grams
• Biscuit crumbs ( use both sweet and saltish biscuits )
• Fresh crème ( chill it well before use ) 300 ml
• Crème cheese ( use Philadelphia Kraft preferably ) 3 tablespoons
• Icing sugar 300 grams
• Gelatin 1½ tbspoon dissolved in 3 - 4 tabspoons of Luke warm water
Method:
Use a crusher or chopper to obtain fine biscuit crumbs.
In a bowl mix together the biscuit crumbs and about 100 grams of melted butter. Mix well.
Spoon the biscuit mixture into a cake tin. Use a metal spoon to press the biscuit crumbs down firmly and evenly. Chill in the refrigerator until set.
In a large mixing bowl using an electric beater mix together crème and icing sugar ( leave some about 4 tbspoons for the next step ) until the crème thickens. Don’t add the icing sugar all at once instead add 3 tbspoons at a time while you are beating the crème. Then add crème cheese in it and beat for another min or two. Add the gelatin mixture and beat once more for two minutes at the most or until the crème has thickened well.
In a separate bowl beat together the remaining melted butter( 200 grams ) and icing sugar 4 tbspoons that we saved from before.
Add this creamy butter mixture into the crème and beat once more for a min to make sure all things mix well.
Finally pour this creamy batter over the chilled cake crust making sure there are no air bubbles. Smooth the top of the cake with a spoon.
Freeze the cake for an hr allowing it to set.

Thanks for sharing Farah Jehanzeb's recipe. I used to watch all her shows.
