So we're nearly half way through Ramadan (and it seems to be flying by).
We're hosting Eid Dinner this year, which will mean I will be doing a lot of prep beforehand.
If your cooking on Eid what do you plan to cook-menus please
Mine is still work in progress...I always end up making loads of starters which take way to long to prep so this year inshallah I plan to do things slightly differently.
So hungry right now, and it's only lunchtime!!!

One must make a mark in this world, if I am remembered for anything, let it be cheese and crackers...

When we have an Eid party, my parents usually make biryani, baked chicken, nihari or korma, palak, cholay or haleem, and seekh kababs, and sometimes paaye.
To save time, my dad buys the meat for the kababs......adds the spices to it......and then he will take it to a restaurant.....that will bake the kababs. And it turns out nicely. Of course you pay them....and it's your recipe.....but they turn out very tender.
