yup, i do it all the time
i prefer the taste of a spring roll, but because of the shape the wonton wrapper is much easier and faster to wrap
just lay it out with one side of the triangle pointing towards u
fill half of the triangle with ur filling..dont fill alllll the way to the edges
make a "glue" by mixing water and flour and heating it for a bit in the microwave
use the gule to seal the edges, press down to close and try to get the air squeezed out
u can make a bunch in advance and then freeze. line with wax paper so they dont all stick together
make sure there r no rips in the wrapper, otherwise when u fry it all the insides will come out
et c'est tout

Cheerful

my bahbhi uses it all the time, no kidding! there is a funny story about how she started using those wraps. what happened was she one day asked me to make the dough coz i had challenged her by saying its a synch to amke dough. guess what? i tried and tried and tried but never got the right consistency so i gave up and went to store looking for the samosa dough. i couldn't find it so i asked the guy if he knows of any substitute. he showed me wonton wraps and i thanked my life-saver and brought it home and put the pack in her lap. she opened it, yelled at me but she agreed to try it. afterwards, she asked me to bring 3 more packs for her tupperware party hahaha...that was then and its now, she still uses them on a regular basis bravo, Hash Brown!!! haha
