Take a chicken breast and pound it with a mallet till it's slightly thin, season with salt & white pepper and 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Make the filling: 3 tablespoons cream cheese/ricotta cheese and 3 tablespoons boiled (drained) spinach.
Fill the chicken with the filling and roll it between cling-film and wrap it tightly and poach it!
Some days are a complete waste of make-up!

Baked Chicken
Ingredients :
Chicken I kg small pieces
salt 1 tea spoon
oil 4 table spoon
red chilli powder 1 tea spoon
garam masala powder 1/2 tea spoon
black pepper ground 1/2 tea spoon
zeera (roasted and crushed)1 teaspoon
ginger garlic paste 2 tea spoon
vinegar 4 table spoon
orange food color a pinch
Method:
1-Marinate chicken pieces in the above ingredients and put in refrigerator for 4hrs.
2-Grease baking dish with oil ,put chicken pieces and bake in a preheated oven for 40-50 mins at 180c or gas mark 4.now chicken is ready to serve.

Yogurt Chicken
Ingredients:
4 lb chicken pieces skinned
3 t lemon juice
3 garlic cloves minced
1 1/2 t soy sauce
1/2 t fine herbs
1 1/2 t turmeric
1/4 t freshly ground pepper
3/4 t ground ginger
3 c plain yogurt
1/2 t cinnamon
2 onions finely chopped
1/2 t ground cloves
Preparation Time: 40 min
Method:
1-Rub chicken with garlic, fine herbs and pepper. Combine remaining
ingredients in large bowl.
2-Add chicken, turning to coat well. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 24 hours turning occasionally.
3-Preheat oven to 350. Remove chicken from marinade and place in single
layer in large roasting pan.
4-Tent with foil and bake 30 minutes.
5-Remove foil, turn pieces and bake about 30 minutes longer or until
lightly browned, basting occasionally with marinade.
6-Serve immediately.
