Okayyyy this is how I make cake, mine are always quite big so like half the ingredients if you only want a little one.
Put a 500g tub of margarine in the microwave until it melts, put it in a bowl.
Fill the same tub up with self-raising flour (so its full) - add to bowl.
Fill the same tub up with sugar - add to bowl.
Add 4-5 eggs depending on their size. (whites and yolk)
Mix with cake mixer until its smooth.
Pop into a pre-heated oven for about 15 mins on 200'C and then leave for about an hour on 150'C. Stab a knife into the cake to make sure the inside is not gooey, if it is leave for a little longer.
Once out of the oven - enjoyyyy
I'll post my fudge recipe tomorrow, cause its in my recipe book which is downstairsssss.
