Made karelay gosht today.... Gosh kareley were too karwe.....
lol i know thr suppose to be like this........ Can you do anythin to make it less bitter...

my husband love this recipe...i will share some recipes..but here is a tip for Karwe karele

when u peel them...wash them and mix with Salt...and keep a side for about 1hr and before cooking wash them out...u will see there karwahat will be gone...

What i also do is, the skin that ive peeled off, i keep that as well, salt it separately and add it to the onion mixture.. it is devine like that
