Best is olive oil

Olive oil is best for stir frying or used cold, as on salad dressings or sandwiches. sometimes i toast my roti/bread wiht olive oil too and its yum.
otherwise, for desi salans, vegetable oil.
deep Frying (pakoras, samosas, etc)- corn oil is good..lhave also heard Peanut oil is good too but have never treid it
