Oil and grease - stained clothing washes out better with soda added to the washing water.
. Run your dishwasher through its cycle with soda in it instead of soap to give it a good cleaning.
Clean combs and brushes in a soda solution.

Add a cup to the toilet, leave it for an hour, and then flush. It will clean the toilet and absorb the odor.

1) I think it's effective in cleaning teeth. Pour some baking soda on your toothpaste. It may not taste great, but it helps to whiten teeth.
2) Of course, it's used in baking/cooking.
3) Some people use it when they have skin irritation (itchy skin, rashes).....they wash the skin with baking soda and water.
4) It's also used as an exfoliating cleanser for the face.
5) Can be used to to clean stains in clothes.
6) Mixed with water or vinegar......one can use it to scrub their jewelry as well.
