gundha hua aata!

Aloo mixture: mashed boiled potatoes, a little chopped onion, green chillies, cilantro, zeera & dry chillies & coriander seeds coarsely grounded, salt and red chilli powder.

Take a peRaa.

Roll it out.

Add a scoop of the aloo mixture.

Close the edges in.

Ready to roll.

Roll again.

Some cooking oil.

When one side is cooked for a min, flip.

Run a tsp. of oil on one side. Flip and repeat on the other side.

Final color.

Depends on how much you need. For atta that lasts me 3 days, I take 7 cups of atta flour, room temp water...add a little at a time until you get the consistency above.

This is a non stick frying pan. My tawa has died. Need a new one!
Btw, my belan is 15 years old. I've had it since before I got married and now I can't use any other.

niksik - will you marry me?
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort.
