cilanto (including stems) healthy bunch
thin green chillies (about 6)
salt
yoghurt
lemon juice
i use the manaul hand grinder, rather than the electic as with the electric it becomes a paste, this way it stays a little chunky.
i put it through the manual grinder twice, add salt, lemon juice and yoghurt according to consistency you require.
I will add some mint (if i have any at the time) otherwise just simple as is.

Hubby prefers it in the electic mix, but he adds walnuts to it, minus the lemon juice

Just wondering...what is the size of the cup?
Don't tell me that it should be the size of a some GrandSlam tennis cup...
