I am tired of making cauliflower the same old way with gosht, aloo or keema. Please give me some new yummy ideas.
What abt carrots? should i make carrot cake out of it? any other yummy idea?

You can make coleslaw, gajar ka halwa, carrot cake, carrot juice, cabbage soup, vegetable soup, add them in a pie (chicken pot pie), stir fry...
Or you can feed them to rabbits, they'll appreciate them.

Gajar halwa is perfect for this weather.
You can also make caroot pickle(can add cauliflower too)...it's quite simple I think.
I don't know any special way to cook cauliflower...maybe make mix sabzi with it or use it in sambhar/dal. By the way, if I have extra I cut raw cauliflower in florets and freeze it for later!

What's arvis?!?!
While we are at it, I have mushroom and bhindi in my fridge.. Hubby isn't planning to cook anytime soon since he wants us to finish the frozen food first (I hate that idea now) and I don't know how to cook these two.. ideas?!?!?!
Ira how much achar masala do I need to use for achari bhindi?

Using all three ingredients (carrots, cauliflower, and cabbage), you can make
1) stir-fry
2) soup
3) combine the cauliflower and carrots with potatoes and peas and make a salan. Use the cabbage in salad.
4) Use all three ingredients in a salad
Other ideas:
Cauliflower pakoray
Cook cauliflower and potatoes in a salan.......and use this as stuffing for gobi k parathay
