Boiled chicken cut into cubes, mix with mayo, black pepper, chopped olives, onions, celery, tomato, green chilli. Spread on bread and u get a sandwich.
One must make a mark in this world, if I am remembered for anything, let it be cheese and crackers...

^ Ditto.
Or get some buns, throw in a fried/grilled chicken breast, a piece of crisp lettuce, a slice of juicy tomato, a single of cheddar cheese, some mayo (garlic mayo is nice), and other condiments of your choice (mustard, ketchup, etc). Top with the second bun, and you're done!

ever had a bread sandwich? You need 3 slices of bread for that. That is it.

You can use chicken breasts or fillets and sprinkle with cajun seasoning and grill or bake. Top it with sliced cheese and peppers of your choice. Instead of mayonnaise, spread the bread or buns with thousand island dressing mixed with a couple drops of hot sauce. Top with lettuce and roasted red pepper strips.... yum!
If you like barbecued stuff, bake the chicken breasts with chili powder. After its cooked, place in bread/buns and top with onion rings, barbecue sauce and cheddar cheese, its delicious!
