I am unfortunately a huge fan and addict of those 2 minute heat and eat instant noodle soups. Sad thing is the fact that its loaded with sodium and im under strict doctor's orders to maintain a very very low sodium diet. Sooooo..... is there anyway I can get the same taste and mazza of those soup cups minus all the sodium? Any recipes on how to cook it yourself at home?

No, there is no way of making these at home...

You can always add just half the amount of the seasoning packet, tahts where most of the sodium is.
Otherwise, you can find cheap asian/chinese noodles, boil them, and make ure own soup base stock.

You can try adding in the seasoning powder right before eating and not while cooking like a quarter of it.

I use maggi but not for soups. I keep it a bit dry and just love the noodles.

I love them too and I wanna know how to make the healthier version....
I never tried but I think you cook a really good chicken/vegetable broth and add a little soy sauce, salt, white pepper and corn flour dissolved in some water. Then add boiled RICE noodles( along with some stir fried veggies or chicken pieces. I'll try it and let you know how it tastes.

Yeah did you know the noodles are deep fried (so they cook quicker when you make them), thats why they are so unhealthy.
They are nearly 400 calories for a pot noodle or a raman brick, thats shocking. probably why they taste so good. (4 slices of bread are 360 calories).
make it healthier by adding boiled vegetables.
or try fresh noodles in soup, or angle hair noodles/pasta for a healthy version.
