There are many places but one place I would love to go back to is Kabob & Curry in Las Vegas.
Their Chicken Pulao with Hari chutney/raita was just out of this world.
Even a Smile can be Charity!

one of my fave meals is a kebab roll from a tiny stall/shop opposite Southall train station. its seriously soo nice, the best kebab roll ive ever had

lolllzzz...no, no...not at all! yeh sab iftaar ke pakwaan haiN jo ammi bachpane men mere banaayaa kartii thiiN. gulgulaa is like meeThe pakauRe made with guR. the batter is made from flour and wheat-hearts [50-50] and grounded coconut is added alongwith cardamom while jhuljhulaa is made from maash kii daal. the sulsulaa is made from rice flour. and dipped in sugar syrup

That is the original Shahi nan kebab place, I believe.Mr CO took me there after we were married (many moons ago)...and I was like...duh??.until I tasted the food!!. (
My fave food is wedding qorma cooked desi style in huge deghs (you can smell it miles away), with sheer maal....reminds me of puraane zamaane ki weddings.

When you walk out of the station, you turn right and walk down the hill towards the Broadway... that little stall across the road, that one?
I've never tried it...i've walked past it a gazillion times and never took notice.. will try it soon, thanks for the recommendation!
