Hi All,
I know some cooking oils are better than others such as Olive oil and Canola but I can't seem to know how to select the best quality cooking oil when I'm at a grocery store. What are some things that I should look for when buying Canola and Olive oil? Some brands are pricier than others. I just want to know do they all have same properties? I heard they're same but more expensive ones taste better. Also, are the large containers of canola really cheap quality? Help me out ladies and gentlemen. Thanks!

Select the one with the least amount of saturated fat. You cn find a canola brand that has very little sat fat, even less than olive oil.
