So folks, what are you guys planning?
For thanksgiving I'll be making traditional cranberry sauce, some sort of string beans, I am thinking of steam roasting a whole chicken or if I can get turkey breast, I will roast it. Not sure what else to make.
For Eid, I am thinking of making something and taking it to the masjid... maybe cranberry walnut brownies???
I am not too good at making desi sweets or sweets in general so I want to keep it simple and easy.
May Allah bring peace in Pakistan. Ameen

Why don't you do turkey and all the trimmings for Thanksgiving and for Eid have biryani and kebabs, the usual Eid fare?
I think the brownies are a good idea.
