    kiesi gehso,kiesi anchul ka sahara b nahi hia

    meri nuzroon ne nazaroon ki taman'na ki thi
    main ne chand aur sitaroon ki taman'na ki thi
    dil main nakam umeedon k baserey pae
    roshni leene ko nikli to undhere pae
    meri rahoon se juda ho gaen rahen un ki
    aj budli nazer ati hien nighahien un ki
    pyar manga to sisukte howe armaan mile
    cheen chaha to umudtey howe tofan mile
    dobte dil ne kinaroon ki taman'na ki thi
    main ne chand aur sitaroon ki taman'na ki thi.
