Asalam u Alaikum !
Apni ruswai main terey naam ka charcha dekhoun
Aik zara sher kahoun aur kiya kiya dekhoun
Neend ajayetu kiya mehfilen berpa dekhoun
Ankh khul gaye tu tenhayi ka sehra dekhoun
Sham bhi ho gayi dhunla gayi ankhen meri
Bhoolney waley’ kab tak tera rusta dekhoun
Ik ik kerkey chor gayen sab sukhyan
Ag main khud ko teri yaad main tanha dekhoun
Kash sandal sey meri mang ujaley aker
Itney gheron main’ wahi hath apna dekhoun
Tu mera kuch nahin lugta mager jan-e-hayat
Janey kiun terey liye dill ko dherkta dekhoun
Band kerkey meri ankhen shrarat sey
Bhoojey janey ka main her rooz tamasha dekhoun
Sab zidden main usski puri keroun’her baat suno
Aik bachey ki terhan us ko hansta dekhoun
Muj pey chah jaye bersat ki khusboo ki terhan
Ung ung main uski ruut main mehkta dekhoun
Phool ki terhan merey jism ka her lub khul gaye
Pankhri pankhri un hoton ka saya dekhoun
Main ney jis lamhey ko pooja hai’ aik bar
Khuwab ban ker teri ankhon amin uterta dekhoun
Tu meri terhan yakta hai aye merey habeeb !
Jee main ata hai’koi aur bhi tuj sa dekhoun
Tootjayen key pighal gayen merey kachey gharey
Tujh ko main dekhoun ya aggh ka derya dekhoun
