What's the weather these days in Islamabad?
What should I prepare for travelling in Islamabad?

Can't say much about hotels.
Good food will cost more than 10 dollars.

And most importantly, if you do not know anyone who can take you around, it will take you lot of time to see all the places. Weather is cold these days.
