in december im going to pakistan for holidays
I am going to live ther in a village nearby pindi.
What places can I visit? What is a must?

Rawalpindi is not a huge town. But it's very close to Islamabad and Murree, so you can definitely venture out to those places.

so em confused.. as Pindi is a sister City of Islamabad and shares same city code.. :s

n Samia, if you are talking about Rawalpindi..
u can go to Saddar Bazar in Pindi for shopping..
u can go to Jinnah Super, Aab Para Market for shopping too.. these markets are in Islamabad.. and hald n hour drive from Saddar Bazaar of Pindi..
U can go for outing to Rawal Dam, Daman-e-Koh, Bari Imaam (wahan ka hill area), Murree, Patriata, Kashmir Point, Chattar Park for outing.. these places are not more than an hour n half drive from Pindi n Islamabad..

You mean postal code? If so, they dont... Islamabad is 44000, and Pindi is 46000

U must visit Pir Sohawa, its about 20 kms up from Damina-e-Koh

OMG pir sohawa is amazing.. beautifull place. They have sheeshas that you can try. They are sooo muchh better than the ones we get here in states.. and also faisal mosque is breath taking

Pindi is the central place for tourism in Northren Pakistan. You can move to hundreds beutiful and historical sights from here.
