Santa Singh was invited by his muslim friend Mr. Elahi for naming ceremony of his 4th son.
Mr. Elahi : Singh Saheb main aapne chauthe munde tha naanv ki rakhan ?
Santa Singh : Tussi pehle tin mundeyaan de naanv dasso.
Mr. Elahi : Barket-e-Elahi, Rehmet-e-Elahi, Mehboob-e-Elahi
Santa Singh (in deep thoghts and then utters) : Bas-Kar-aye-Elahi

Santa Singh came to the office of The Hindustan Times to place an advertisement announcing his father's death.

"The rate is Rs. 560 per single column centimetre" the clerk told him.

"Oye yeh kyaa mazaak hai main to lut jaaonga.
Mera pyo to 190 centimetre lamba tha".
