OK so here is the joke, its quite old but here it comes.
Amal ko weham ho gya that he has a mano-billi in his pait, or a bagar billa, A CAT! Wo usko har waqt takleef deti hai, uchaltee hai, jump kartee hai, nochti hai etc etc.
Amal goes to the doctor, Etefaaq say doctor A.Q betha hota hai, wo uska checkup karta hai, xray leta hai but he cannot see any CAT inside. So he tries to explain him, but Amal insists that THERE IS A CAT and he can feel it.
Few months later usko Appendicitis, jisay ham appandix kehte haiN uska operation hona para! A.Q thought this is the perfect chance to make him get rid of his weham that he has a cat inside, so operation kay baad A.Q nay aik BARRI SI KAALI BILLI nikaali , aur kaha Amal TUMAHRA WEHAM SAHI THA, YE DEKHO KITNI BHARI KAALI BILLI mili hai andar say, Ab tumhe kabhi takleef nahi ho gi.
To usnay juwaab dia...AQ DOCTOR SAAHIB YE NAHI HO SAKTA, JO BILLI MAINNE KHAYEE THI WO SAFAID RANG KI THI
