Two salesmen, who are also avid golfers,
decided to try to get nine holes of golf in
at lunchtime one day. They only had a short
time, so they knew that they would have to
hurry. So they get a power cart and off they
go.

They're doing pretty well, moving along
rapidly, until they get to the fifth hole,
when they encounter two women out in the
fairway in front of them.Fearing that they
wouldn't be able to finish the nine holes,
one of the salesmen says "I'll take the cart
and drive up and ask the ladies if they will
let us play through."

So, he takes off and gets almost to the
ladies and suddenly makes a U-turn and heads
back to his buddy. "I can't go up there," he
says "that's my wife AND my girlfriend
playing together!"

"OK," says the other salesman, "You stay here and I'll go up and ask them."
Well, he gets about halfway there, when HE
makes a U-turn and heads back to the tee.
When he gets there, he looks at his friend
and says "Small world, isn't it?"
