A husband and wife were at the doctors office after her husband had complained of chest pains.

After extensive and thorough tests the doctor asked the wife to come into his office.

And he said "Mrs. Shahzad, I'm afraid you're husband has a very serious and unique heart condition. But there is a way to ensure he will live a normal life"

The wife worriedly asks "Of course doctor, I will do anything"

The doctor replied "You must makes sure that he is fed properly, his clothes are pressed, he is served meals of his choice 3x a day and you must let him do as he pleases. He needs to be provided for in every which way. He must not be under any kind of stress whatsoever"

Later that evening, Shahzad looks at his wife and notices her long face ...

He asks "Honey, what's the matter? What did the doctor say?"

She replied "you're going to die"
