we all know they exist...i.e. MQM illaqa, punjabi area, wahan per pathan zayda rehtay hain...bla bla bla.
or ager kisi area k bacha kisi doseray main chala jayea to us ki patee hoti hai

so what the popular dominant ethnic/political areas, and how much are they developed. (development as in clean roads, conditions of the road, buldia intezamia of that area, waghera waghera)
