I know this could be something new for Pakistanis and Karachites but is pretty trivial for someone here in the west, and hence a question arises in my mind: Is this Parking Plaza built to facilitate parking for a nearby attraction / office, or are people expected to park here and then walk / commute to other parts of the city?
When I die, I want to go peacefully like my grandfather did, in his sleep -- not screaming, like the passengers in his car.

Where is it located in Karachi? People would use it if its around really busy market places or maybe big business areas like Chundrigar

Signs are not in Urdu.
Paan waalas, charsis, bhikaris, political party posters and chalo chalo mahem graffiti soon.

Perhaps those who park outside, block the road and do not park inside be given heavy tickets/ or get their car picked up which could be more expensive than parking fee. And yes, signs should also be in Urdu.
