Salam all,

We have only 3 days to go sight seeing in Lahore, pls recommend places that must not be missed.

Also can any of you recommend restaurants that must be on our schedule to eat at..... food that is just AWESOME. Small and fine dining both. Pls do share what place is good for what type of meal as in breakfast, lunch or dinner...

Thanks in advance all

- The Lahore Fort (Shahi Qila) + Badshahi Mosque + Meenar-e-Pakistan are must visit and you can visit all three places in one evening as they are on walking distance from each other.

- An evening (or very early morning walk) at Bagh-e-Jinnah is a must.. I just love that place.. Variety of trees and birds make very natural look. It is definitely a better option than Race Course park.

- Wagah border.. Flag lowering ceremony at Pakistan-India border is a must watch. I think its time is 7 p.m but do confirm it from someone else because I'm not too sure about it. Also you'll have to walk couple of kilometers after parking. So be there early.

- Food Street.. There are two food streets in Lahore.. One is Gawalmandi and the other is in Anaarkali bazaar. You could do some shopping at Anaarkali bazaar and enjoy the food at food street. However, I like the food at Gawalmandi.

Another great place for shopping, food & fun is Fortress stadium.

Other attractions include Shalamar Garden, Jallo Park, Lahore Wildlife Park (On Raiwind Road), Jahangir's mausoleum in Shahdara, Race Course park etc... 3 days are very few for visiting Lahore

I hope you have a great trip
