This is the Pakistani Marriage Certificate (Nikah Naama) in Urdu. Unfortunately, the file size was large, therefore I had to break it down into 3 smaller pieces. Here it is.

My pleasure. This picture is the one that was used in 2004. I read my parents' nikah nama which is about 23 years old, This new one is exactly the same as that old one. Not even the words changed nor the typical difficult language.

Actually english copy of nikah nama is fairly common, as many people need it as part of visa or immigration applications. Usually these are attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as to being accurate compared to the Urdu Nikahnama. Some people get both English and Urdu nikahnama signed at the time of Nikkah to avoid the hassle of translation and attestation.

This is only for Muslims. Non-Muslims have different forms to fill.

^ No, this is only for Pakistanis Not all Muslims can read urdu.

As Faisal bhai said, they do have an English version now a days, but most people use the Urdu version and then they get it translated into English as my parents did when they needed to get the visa.

Yep, we had both "versions" of that Nikkahnama on our wedding last year. The format of the English one is similar to the one shown above. Just that it is in English.
