    eye twitching is basically caused by corneal irritation or injury, stress, lack of sleep., neurological disorder or fatigue. In ur case if ti is not that serious..like once in a blue moon..then most probably due to lack of sleep or stress

    It is actual PHARAKNA, not BHARAKNA since bharakna has a totally different meaning . And it is caused by weakness as suggested by musicmaniac.

    The pattern is reversed with the gender- i.e. if left ankh is bad for guys it is good for gals. I guess this is a very Pakistani concept. I find no mention of this in the western societies. Not sure bout India, SriLanka or Bangladesh
