Something that I read when I was reading about Fasting matters, so I thought to share to your problem.
Resource:
70 Matters Related to Fasting
Book by Sheikh Muhammed Salih Al-Munajjid
(51) If a person who is fasting sleeps and experiences a wet dream, this does not break his fast, according to scholarly consensus (ijmaa’), so he should complete his fast. Delaying doing ghusl does not break the fast, but he should hasten to do ghusl so that he can pray and so that the anegls will draw close to him.

I consulted with a knowledgable person, and he said
Having a wet dream does not break the fast. Although it causes the person into a greater state of impurity and therefore requires ghusl (to purify oneself through washing - bathing or shower etc), it does not invalidate the fast.
Ibn Qadaamah (the famous scholar of Islamic jurisprudence) has stated in his book 'Oumda tul-Fiqh', that the only reason when ejaculation of semen will cause the man to break his fast is if he indulges in sexual intecourse (with his wife) in the ******. In this case he must make up for the fast later as well make amend for this sinful act according to the shari'ah ruling. The expiation has also been mentioned in the book.Muslims are so good at dividing that they can divide the atom. If you see two Muslims, probably they belong to 3 parties.Al-Ghazali

ok ok ok.......i understand that if you are fasting and sleeping and you have a wet dream, your roza will not break, but what if you were sleeping at night and had a wet dream, woke up in the morning before sehri and realized that you had a wet dream. NOW would you do ghusal before fasting or can you still go on with sehri and fast cuz there isn't much time to do ghusal and stuff right before sehri. what are you supposed to do?

Here's a rule to decide very easy if your fast got broken :
Right after you get up, walk to a mirror and see if you have a big smile on your face.
If you do'....i'm sorry my man....it's broken

What about if you DONT have a wet dream, BUT still need Ghusul after you wake up?

Does **that* invalidate the fast?

I think I had read that deliberately masturbating during a fast will break it, as does sexual intercourse or eating and drinking. Wet dream, by definition is not in your control, so it does not break the fast, though it causes u in a state of impurity. In order to offer Salah (namaz) u need to take a bath. Thats all.
mo_best: I am not sure what you mean. If you mean that a couple had intercourse during the night, then even if they don't take a bath till morning, it doesn't affect the fast, but without a bath they can't offer Salah (namaz). If on the other hand, u meant that a person needed to take a bath because they leaked urine during the night, that again does not break the fast, though he should take a bath before offering Salah (namaz).
In addition, he should consider using a diaper.
Well, not really.. but if it is recurring he should consult a Physician. Its actually a quite well-known problem.
