Before I get on with the main subject that I want to discuss, I'd like to read about some of the addictions that you folks have come across. Whether it be an addiction that you have dealt with yourself or one that someone you know has suffered from.

The most common addiction I see in my family is chai. All hell breaks loose if my parents miss their 2nd and/or 3rd cup of tea during the day. (Ok that's not as serious as smoking, etc. but still.)

Myself, the addiction I suffer from is sugar. I know its not as bad but its up there. On a more serious note, there have been cases of marijuana, ecstacy, and alcohol which have hit close but Alhamdullilah those people were guided the right way and are out of it thanks to the support of many stable minded people they were surrounded by. Its very painful to see them go through this cold turkey period because their body needs it as a source of stability to calm them down.

when i was younger, i used to be a terrible bookworm i'd wake up and start reading, read while eating.. once my grandmother took me to the movies and i read a book in the theater i guess i just grew out of it...

I have invented a solution to those folks with addictions to computers and/or GS. I, for a nice little fee, will excorsize your computer from the demons of the Internet. With blood. And fire. Fire and your blood. I will also, for a bit extra, give you a good smack on the forehead to make sure oyu learn your lesson.

My addiction is Coke. I need to have at least 2 cans ok Coke everyday to survive. Or I feel very lifeless and without any energy. How bad is this for me?
