i moved to a different city recently on job, i have a friend living there, whom i know from past 3 years, i asked her for intial accomadation for week or 10 days, she said that already 3 staying in her room so she will search with somebody she knows and she said there is one available
she called me one day before my travel to her city to check when i'm coming, and she said she will inform that lady with whom i'm sharing the accomadation
and in just few mints she called back and told that lady is saying she don't have any accomadation

I recommend not spending your energy on determining this. Focus on finding your own place and being independent.

Right. But you shouldn't have put your friend in that situation. If your friend was in the position to be of some help she would have offered it without hesitation.

I found out my own accomadation and other alternatives, my question is depending on this whether i can trust her in future, what make her lie like that(if she really lied to me), if she said she can't then i would have found alternatives, most pathetic thing is she talks so nice even now, so i want to find out her true face

You see, there is no nice way of doing this. If you really want to find out whether shes lying or telling the truth, you will have to probe her, and investigate deeply.
If it turns out that she was/is lying, then you should dump her as a friend.
If it turns out that she was telling the truth, then she should dump you for having doubted her.
Either way, your friendship is pretty much over. Get on with your life.

But why would she want to lie about it? I think I may have missed something but I don't see what she would gain by lying to you in this situation
Anyway, trust seems like a major issue here.. you don't seem to trust her, for you to be questioning her in the first place. There can't be much of as friendship, where there is no trust. I still don't get why she would want to lie to you, but if you think she is, then either ask her straight out or just keep quiet about it & distance yourself from her (so don't ask for anything from her in the future) as you don't trust her. Like everyone else said, depend on no one.
