....off of gupshup? Lets say in Bizarro GS you actually had the option to date a Guppan or Guppie in real life. Who would you date based off the posts they make in life 1? And no this does not include getting married and setting up a child producing factory. Dating.

don't knock GS. Some of the most down to earth desis I know post here and they're educated too. It beats the aunty parade and having to go to dawats to market yourself like cheap glittered flank of steak.

Hell I will make myself the rat in this experiment and place my first name - much to the horror and cringe of the girl I bet. But RV's posts are always smart and insightful from the female perspective of course.

i have the same answer, the one i would date from GS, she is already married, and I am also married now! but she was the only one who impressed me with thoughts and personality. but unfortunately she is married!

It would be if one came here with that specific reason. I don't see much of a difference between what PCG said about going to parties to market yourself, marrying someone with whom there was little or no contact before, and finding an agreeable person on GS.
