Is there as many guys posting on here as females? I get the impression that theres approximately 80- 90% females on here. It would be interestin to know the gender make up of this forum.

I think ratio is 1:6 in fav of women.
In the forum you have been posting "life1"is dominated by women(because we let them dominate )

Perhaps they have more issues to deal with.

I don't think that any of the members would know the exact percentage. Most of them are either reading or posting or both.......but usually not counting. There are some members who are also more regular visitors of this forum than others.
Perhaps the administration might know if they keep track of this ( I don't know why anyone would really want to). One can just guesstimate. Do you see more women or men posting? Also, keep in mind that some nicks are ambiguous regarding gender.

I think it's slightly more women than men, though I wouldn't say 80-90%.
Men are an integral part to this forum, however, I would say only a small % of them actually contribute positively (i.e., take antoher person's POV into consideration, don't continuously whine and complain about the women etc)

Hey, we all have our bad moments.....what's done and over with, time to move on no?
However, some are just perpetually nasty. Be they men ro women.....I guess that hits close to home for some.

yea some acknowledge their bad moments. By d way, you are a walkin talkin contradiction..for example ur abusive to others, yet actin as a mod. Also, criticising others when doin d same urself...forget everytin else...just luk at wat u said abt men in this thread ......
only a small % of them actually contribute positively (i.e., take antoher person's POV into consideration, don't continuously whine and complain about the women etc).
Now what did u jus do? n ask urself wat makes u different to those men bcz ur doin exactly d same ting (not contributin positvely but complain n whinin abt men)!

GSUK i'm sorry but it appears you are carring a chip on your shoulder from past events which is affecting your reading comprehension skills.
I think there are plenty of men who contribute positively to this forum. I don't complain about how men are, nor do I put "men" into one blanket general statement.
There are a few people who hold grudges against others and take every post they say abusively. Then there are those who joke about killing or beating women--its those two types who give hte rest a bad name.
I hope that clears up my initial post. If not.....well i don't really care. see ya.

hahaha sara this is exactly what u said....
only a small % of them actually contribute positively (i.e., take antoher person's POV into consideration, don't continuously whine and complain about the women etc).
Therefore...since its only a small minority who contributes positvely,,, ur sayin majority of men dont contribute positvely n they dnt take other person's POV into consideration n continuously whine n complain about the women.
Now Stop embarassing urself plzzzzzzzzzzz n admit wat u said was wrong.
Sara im sure ur a sensible girl,,,just b abit more dignified in the sense that when u make a mistake, just acknowledge n apologise,,,instead of denyin ur mistake n runnin off.....thats such a typical n annoyin trait of a weak person!

I think its because men tend to keep most of their problems to themselves and try to solve on their own and women are more of the communicative and sensitive type and that is why you see more women contributing to this forum. I haven't been a part of this forum for too too long but from what I have read 90-95% of the people posting here are nice and genuinely want to help. There are occasional posts here and there that are out of line but then again thats expected.
