^Ameen. If his sister couldn't handle it I hardly doubt him confronting would help at all. It'll just create a bigger mess & there is no doubt once a cheater is always a cheater.

If he did have any shame or remorse feeling he would have solved the issue with his wife & if she was content being a girl she most probably wouldn't have mentioned it to her brother or family. The fact that she did. Mirzasaood needs to get his sister out of this mess.
