A man who will cheat will always cheat. Its kinda like a dam that is broken, patching it is a pain in the ass job and never works really. If this was my sister, the marriage would be anulled, and the guy would be in a hospital.

I suggest a quick divorce before she goes through something worse.

Then bring her to Canada. Not so hard. The issue is not that you don't know what actions to take. The issue is you do not wish to take them. Personally from an older brother who is protective as hell, if this happened to my sister I wouldn't be posting on a webiste.

what comments? Are they commenting on your sister? It wouldn't make any sense if the guy is at fault.

anyway, your sis is very young. it'll be hard but she'll recover from it. this marriage must end now. she needs to go back to school and get a degree first.

She's very young. And the marriage sounds destructive. Cheating is a very fair grounds for divorce. Get her out and bring her to Canada.

Oh man I can so relate to your sister. I agree with CM, if her husband cheated on her tell her to get a khula and get out of it as soon as possible before she gets hurt further. Bring her to Canada and it will be a change of environment for her also. When she has been given some time and she has recovered from this suggest marriage to her again. Oh and if she has not completed her studies, do tell her to do that in Canada in a new setting. She will meet new people and feel better.

I appriciate guys. I want the same result. I have to take action on that but I want final decision. I know, no body wants to post a threat about his sister. But I am soo worried about and I only the guy to take care of my family as I am new in canada too and 25. My childhood friend atif gave me advice that on gs forum and told there are so many experience peoples to help. So thats is way i bring this to forum. Guys my last question Can you please provide me how to apply for visa to canada or what is the procedure.

I agree with Monk ( finally I can read red)

Marrying off or rather throwing away your daughters/sisters to other men just because you feel it's too much of a responsibility will result in this. Why not wait until the girl has at least some education and is about 22 plus years old...so if life serves her a lemon she is able and independent enough to take care of herself.

Its ok to be so sensitive about this issue , as any brother will be. But I think you should talk to your BIL and confront him . If he has little bit of shame and ethics in him, he will stop . You never know people do change and repent . Please talk to his family and his friends . It would be better if you try to solve this problem with little bit of rationality and cool head . Otherwise you can always take the ultimate way .
