Why do women hold grudges and men don't and if some men do, they won't hold 'em for a long time as compare to women?

Also, please give some tips on dropping a grudge.

Lol! Well men tend to forget things because I guess they don't see what the problem is to begin with in the first place, or they dont notice little things which may be said/done. Whereas women take things to heart more and once they form opinions of people they find it tough to change them. Perhaps.

How to drop a grudge, well I guess just give the person the benefit of the doubt - like perhaps they may have said something but it came out wrong.. or it wasnt what they meant. If you get where I'm coming from

I heard that women are ruminitive thinkers- they tend think over a conversation they ve had, and analyse everything especially if it was negative

its true, we retain drama and misery in our lives a lot longer than men, sign of self-victimization?

Its okay you are a woman. And thus not a man. And thus just not as awesome as us men are. We are after all men and thus more open minded to this type of stuff.

Hareem, I think men are more pragmatic than are women and this tends to makeit easier for them not to hold a grudge. Men do not have the hormonal fluctuations that we women have to deal with too - so they are much less inclined to look at situations with emotion.

Tomake it easier to give up a grudge, think about how actually important was the offense. In the whole, overall scheme of things and of life in general, it is more emotionally draining to hold on to the grudge or to let it go? Would it be more personally rewarding to let it continue or to drop it?

When we look at things completely without emotion, many times we can see more clearly the best way to handle a situation.

Men are as bad as women when it comes to holding grudges.. and they can throw it back at you again and again and again..
