A perfect woman is a perspective. What is perfect to one man may not be perfect to another. I guess if you took an interview of several men, the one common virtue would be respect and honor...that is, a woman who respects and honors him.
About the videos...well yes there are some answers in there...

while every guy wants everything in vid 2
but why cant a guy and woman help each other in acheiving both...
that way evry 1 is happy...and not leaving 1 (woman) to be totally knackered
