i think guilt is much worse than hurt. alot of times ppl break my trust but i get over it but when i am a ***** to someone and they are still nice to me, that just kills me. sometimes i just want to shake them and say STOP loving me im not worth it. i hate that feeling
i just hate it.

The first situation is the one that will hurt you. The second situation may not necessarily hurt you, but it will make you feel guilty. And you don't have to feel hurt in order to feel guilty.
In the second situation, you can thank God that the other person hasn't kicked you out of their life for betraying them. And then use your sense of relief and feeling of guilt to motivate yourself to win back that person's trust again. That said, the first situation, as mentioned earlier, would be more more painful in my opinion.
