There have been so many threads about London recently:

Best indian/pakistani restaurants in London?

I'm assuming you are staying near Oxford Street so Edgware Road will have some halal restaurants.

Hilal food restaurants are every where in London, there are labanese restaurants and also desi food ones. Bayswater has several of them.

I am not much in to organs and stuff Saqi! Plus when I went to London in 2007 I just had normal stuff. Didn't try anything exciting.
