I need to rent a room for 1 month between 15th May and 15th June 2009 in London as I am scheduled to serve an internship in the city during that period.
I believe I am an ideal housemate. I am clean, non smoker, dont listen to loud music, dont drink or stay out too late. I am a budding professional seeking to establish myself in the capital.
I need to sort this out ASAP, preferably in the next week.
I am willing to pay good money for a decent room in zones 1-3.
No family homes, just single owned or student type houses.
If you have such a room, or know someone who does, please PM me ASAP.
Thanks,
Leggie
Oh well. *shrugs*

7-8 may be a bit much.
My budget is flexible, I can even reach 200/week for the right room.
My problem is I only need a 1 month let. So few options.
My career really may rest on this. I have an internship with a good firm in my field.
Any help appreciated.

Yaar googly
When your able to afford so high
why dont u go to an 'Estate Agent'.
They should be able to easily sort you out at such a flexible rate.
Better go for a pakistani/asian estate agent, they defintly have other desi/students lettings avalible.

well if you are willing to pay upto £200/week then why don't you call some B&B and tell them your situation, they might give you a decent discount on daily rates.

What'd you end up doing leggie?
When I die, I want to go peacefully like my grandfather did, in his sleep -- not screaming, like the passengers in his car.
