Yup, my mamu traded his 1999 dodge van, got 4500$ against honda city 2009.
I know some of its conditions as I asked for various cars:

1) Make year should be before 2002
2) Owned for last one year
3) Car mileage at the time of its make should be less than 18 mph.
etc.
