Mercenary owned you on this question. BTW the answer is Communism. Of course, look at the Islamist record where they have come to power even with their limited military means. They killed over 2 million in Sudan. Islamists in Iran have already announced that they plan to kill 6 million people once they get a nuclear weapon (and Khamenini has also said this).
