Glad to notice we are still cranking away at it.

Interested? A major yes!

Your take on the winner(s)?

RetroGuy, I would suggest catching up with weekly RAW from now on. Even though the tentative Wrestlemania plans are extremely weak to say the least, the buildup is going to be tantalizing. The event itself will be forgettable, amongst many others.

Four matches have been planned so far for this years Wrestlemania.

One of those four bouts include John Cena vs. Edge vs. Orton for the WWE Championship. The other matches include Undertaker vs. Batista; Hogan vs. Shane McMahon with Khali in his corner; Shawn Michaels vs. King Booker with Donald Trump managing Michaels and Vince managing Booker.

In a set of related news:

"WWE is the No. 4 much searched phrase on yahoo today as it is Royal Rumble day coming in behind Elisha Cuthbert, Paris Hilton and Britney Spears."

San Antonio is the place for tonight, Shawn's hometown. Undertaker is the high possiblity to face Batista, who is not going to lose the title from hereon. The above two will be the two of the last ones left in the ring, alongwith the likelihood of Orton and Booker.

One thing I am looking forward to is the possible entry of Shawn Michaels from his regular theme, and not the DX's version.

Rock Express Jee, how did the autograph signing with The Hitman go? How long ago did this event happen and any observations or notes from your side that you spoke to, with Bret?

I have no idea what is there to like in Rosie. The ones deservant of the title shot are placed on the back burner while this monster is pushed unnecessaily to supposedly build up ratings and with Vince's view in mind of hiring a collective bunch of bodybuilders with mass height and weight who can barely throw a punch to save their lives.

Pat McNeil over at PWTorch analyzes, in his own words:

"The final five are Shawn Michaels, Rated RKO, Undertaker and Kane. The tag champs unite to eliminate Kane, but Orton dumps Michaels and Edge as they brawl along the ropes. Edge and Michaels both get in Orton's grill, give The Undertaker all the time he needs to eliminate the third generation wrestler and capture his first Rumble in sixteen years."

Sounds very close to tonight's script, unless it changes at the last-minute.

Michael Cole will go haywire if Undertaker wins.

Order of entries (order of eliminations)

Start time = 48 minutes past the hour -

1) Ric Flair (#1 eliminated)
2) Fit Finlay (#12 eliminated)
3) Kenny Dykstra (#2 eliminated)
4) Matt Hardy (#9 eliminated)
5) Edge - Eliminated Flair and Dykstra - (#28 by Shawn Michaels)
6) Tommy Dreamer (#3 eliminated)
7) Sabu (#4 eliminated - chokeslammed on the outside table by Kane)
8) Gregory Helms (#5 by King Booker)
9) Shelton Benjamin (#14 by Shawn Michaels)
10) Kane (#11 by King Booker)
11) CM Punk (#21 by The Great Khali)
12) King Booker (#10 by Kane - Went back in the ring and eliminated Kane)
13) Super Crazy (#7 by RKO)
14) Jeff Hardy (#8)
15) Sandman (#6 by King Booker)
16) Randy Orton (#26 by Shawn Michaels)
17) Chris Benoit (#22 by The Great Khali)
18) Rob Van Dam (#20 eliminated by The Great Khali)
19) Viscera (#13 by half the roster)
20) Johnny Nitro (#15 eliminated)
21) Kevin Thorn (#16 by Chris Benoit)
22) Hardcore Holly (#18 by The Great Khali)
23) Shawn Michaels (#29 by Undertaker)
24) Chris Masters (#17 by Rob Van Dam)
25) Chavo Guerrero (#23 by The Great Khali)
26) MVP (#25 by Undertaker)
27) Carlito
28) The Great Khali (by Undertaker)
29) The Miz (#19 by The Great Khali)
30) Undertaker - 2007 Royal Rumble Winner (lasted 56:20)

Last four left in the ring: Shawn Michaels, Edge, Orton, Undertaker.

Mid-match notes: Orton with a chair shot to Undertaker, RKO to Michaels, spearand a chair shot by Edge to Undertaker. Both members of RKO eliminated by Shawn Michaels.

Last two in the ring: Shawn Michaels vs. Undertaker (Chokeslam to Shawn, a sweet chin music to Taker)

Irony: Despite it being the most star-studded Rumble in history (wide open claims by Cole and Lawler), Undertaker winning the Rumble is downright the poorest decision WWE has ever made. This company is riddled with the biggest ego-maniacs in the business, and the second biggest ego in the business has put everybody back to square one. A big joke, this complete Rumble. Nothing but a complete joke.

^^ The show was decent at best, although I was expecting someone like Edge or Randy Orton (a recently risen star) to win the Rumble.. also hate the promotion Cena is getting .. he won the WWE title match against Umaga (that was a good one, Cena busted himself big-time).. the Tag match with MNM and the Hardys was also pretty enjoyable.. the rest were okay

This is for all my WWE loving friends, thats the pic I took with Torrie Ann Wilson when I met her a few weeks ago! I forgot about this thread or I would have posted it here before! Btw, that dude RVD is from a town like 20 miles from here, its called Battlecreek (cereal city of the US, thats where Kellogs hq is located), and I met him at a store once. That guy is really nice. Though I hardly followed up with whats going a long time ago, I still went to a couple of live shows (raw and smackdown), and before the show I just went in the back lot and got a chance to meet Rick Flair, Scotty Stiener, some clown named 'Rico' and his girlfriend, and Earl Heffner, or whatever that ref's name was...

p.s. if you ever get a chance to meet torrie, ask for a kiss, lol trust me, she wont say no! this is for all my khawaar/tharki bhai log! But yeah, dont try that with the guys, especially scott stiener!

I met Batista the other day in gym (Ashburn, VA). This guy is huge(almost scary) but an extremly humble guy. He was working out but chatted with me for few minutes. very very nice guy!

Apart from RAW's main event which has been shaping up to be a making of a true Wrestlemania match, what exactly will be earth-shattering about the event? For me, it doesn't have a Wrestlemania "feel" to it.

Unfortunatly thats true till now. Anyway I hope that they will come up with something special, its time for it already. The SD! Mainevent isnt bad either in my eyes, though I dont think that this will be a good fight.

Money in the Bank will be awesome again, liked the last two times that match.

I hope that Cena will lose against Michaels, its about time that he will get back the title.

Money in the bank will indeed be another special match reserved strictly for this event. You are absolute right.

Smackdown main event is all but watchable, for all parties involved. People are simply not interested, and neither am I. Batista cannot wrestle if his life is dependent on it. Regardless of his down-to-earth personality, Undertaker is going to carry this match down the drain. I have no hope left for Smackdown anymore.

Do you think it is feasible to have Cena and Batista both lose to perhaps the biggest faces in the company? If such is the case, I can see Triple H coming back, turning heel right away and thrusting himself into the main event. Cena/Michaels/Triple H/Undertaker will make for a mighty decent Survivor Series match, or for next Wrestlemania for that matter.

I only watch the PPVs cuz I get them to watch them for free on my free-to-air satellite... used to watch the Tv shows from '04 to '05 but then had to move, also began to lose interest in it ever since the HHH-Eugene storyline from August '04 folded (since I was 11 back then, loved Eugene)..

Anyway I hate that Cena-wins-no-matter-what attitude WWE is currently carrying... my satellite got a hit when No Way Out was about to air and dammit I missed the entire PPV (had to go to bed, school next day).. anyway I heard Cena's team (w/ Shawn Michaels) won.. f*** it.. can't wait til 'Mania though ('Taker in the main event uh-oh), and whatever comes before

Hey gravity killz plz tell us about ur experience with the Animal!

Well...it was like one of the regular days... i went to the Gold gym after work. I was warming up in the weight room, when i saw this guy doing some crazy weight on his neck ... he had 3 plates(45lbs each ) on each side of the machine. I could only see his back, as he was sitting down. He was wearing t-shirt with Batista written on the back. After completing his exercise, he got up and turned around. I immediatly recognized him and for some strange reason went straight up to him. I told him that i was a big fan of his. He he smiled and thanked me. He asked my name and told me that he had another friend with the same name. I asked him if after working out i can take some pictures with him and he said sure. Infact he said that he had some posters in his truck and he can give some to me. The over all experiece was great. He is really huge and his body is simply unbelievable...if this guy is ur friend, probably no body in the world will mess with u
