So how are the stakes after one third of the season gone?
All three major competitions are shaping up nicely!
In England, finally the four top teams all seem contenders.
In Italy, it's a three horse race between the two Milan sides and Juventus
In Spain, Barca have an early lead, let's see how the others respond
btw: did u see a few of Ibrahimovic's goals of late!
Why so serious ... ?

Arsenal beat Chelsea after an offside goal by RvP.
In Spain Real are again in tatters losing to lowly Getafe. There is something structurally wrong in the Real side for 6/7 years now...and every couple of years it comes back to haunt them

Aye sorry i misunderstood.
I dont think he'll stay.. Because of the whole "make America football interested" thing he pulled off once he left madrid.
would honestly prefer if he did stay at milan..atleast they play football :P
so, what teams do the lot of you support?

Anyone following the mighty progress of Barca
they're even more impressive than ManU of last season. I can see Barca winning the Liga quite easily and they have to be the favorites for the Champions' League as well
with regard to Becks: Although I'm not a big fan of his ability, I did think that Galaxy was a bit too low a level for someone like him. Hopefully he can put up a few good showings for Milan.

I dont get to follow the La Liga, but Barca are quite impressing from what i see
I hope United dont get them in the CL this season.
Its getting really tight in the premier league now.. I hope liverpool will continue to drop points now, and hopefully United will take home another treble.

Becks scored his first goal for Milan this weekend.
It's turning out to be a three horse race in Italy. I think Inter, Juve and AC all three are pretty much equal; so it will be a very interesting second half of the season!
In Spain, Barca are runaway leaders and it will take a miracle for them to lose the title.
In England, also a three horse race is developing, and I think just like always Liverpool won't win a thing; it will be between Chelsea and ManU

^Becks indeed seems to have hit a purple patch. He is playing incredible!
Maybe Milan's playing style suits him better than that of Real or Galaxy
