This video look real good. But make sure this guy has tempered it make boxer look faster then he actually is.
But still solid style. Nice stepping good punches.

PunchingMonk, you do remember that I recently asked you a lot of questions about punching bag!

When I started punching, I extracted a few practice videos off of YouTube. The one you have for me is again really good. I would suspect the bag weighs no more than 70 lbs. maximum, but the speed and agility of the guy is quite fast.

I can just dream about doing anything to this sort right now. Only doing the left (soft) jab, right straight hook and left (around the back of the neck), a 3-way combo. I will search for a similar video for you to see what I am talking about.

Do you have any tips on how to make a "weaker" hand stronger? Most people have a weak hand, either their right or their left.

I re-read your first line. Do you think that the video is tampered with? Is it not at normal speed?

I got you all confused.
Well speed is not exceptional, Its only the way bag moves. Or it could be just low frames/sec.
In movies they do it all the time tape it slow and make it faster.

But thats not important here.

That part no need to worry about at all. It takes time but u will.

Well, way u stand is, u master/stronger hand is always behind.
With other hand(left for most ppl) you jab.
like left to distract him, to make opening for stronger right.

Funny thing is it actually alters you brain.
My master hand is right. But my strongest punch is left.
Now what ever exercise I do I have more power in left. It wasnt like that till i was 14-15 year old.
So at this point if you unexpectedly tell me to show my right hand, I will show my left.
I had problem with my driving instructor too, each time he said right I turned left.

I called my dude who use to box with me, ask him. He does the same too.

So for now just do it, what ever way you want. once you over your stamina issues.
Watch videos, find what style you love. And just fall in love with it.

I liked left hook the best. very deadly thing.

Yes, just like you have a master hand which is right but you are more comfortable using your left. The way you have mentioned which is the correct way to stand, your master/stronger hand is always behind, that is exactly what I have been practicing.

Thanks for the video and all your previous/present tips. I occasionally look for more videos when I get a chance. Also, just the way you showed me how to properly tie handwraps, I have started with that too. Your pictures helped.
