koi baat nahin, kuch dino kee aur takleef hai...Air India has ordered a massive no. of new aircrafts both from Boeing and Airbus..tab tak thoda takleef bardasht kero, landing ke waqt Peti mat bandho..bhaag bhi nahin paaogey..
also they are recruiting "fresh" desans as cabin crews with training to show batteeshi to all without descrimination...abb khush?

Other day I saw one landing at Frankfurt airport. Dhum se land hua aur uske peeche se dhuan nikal raha tha kisi diesel truck ki tarah.

hey now its not what "I" want, .. I am just looking out for public interest. It could e a good marketing ploy. I have no plans to fly either any Indian or any Pakistani airlines in the near future.
patriotism or no patriotism...I need value for my money, which includes good service, inflight as well as for reservations and all.
a glimpse into how customer focused thee guys is by taking a peek at their websites and comparing those with the websites of real airlines, not other mickey mouse flying rat cartels.

PIA=Pain In the A$$
Seats are taped together by duct tape, planes are way too old, pilots are looking for other airlines, crew is usually disinterested and ground staff is waiting for the next big fish to swallow.
Add to all this the passengers, no matter which route they fly its always the same. Bathrooms are the worse, cabin stinks and food is something to die for.

counterpoint, most of what you write is the airline's fault but some of it is the passengers, the cabin stinking for example, now unless they forcefully put deodorant on people and make them shower before teh flight what can be done.
as far as bathrooms go, I have mixed thoughts on it, on one hand its the passengers who dirty it up, but the airline needs to be more proactive and even if it needs a jamadaar on its flight to clean the place up then they need to do just that. its the fault of passengers for not using teh facilities like human beings, and its the airline's fault to not take steps to try and maintain the facilities for the civilized ppl on the plane.

Yes your are right. I recall my experience of one Indian Airlines flight from New Delhi to Kathmandu.
Most of the passengers were Nepalis and apparently first timers. One fellow tapped a hostess on her shoulder "paani chahiye". She shouted back "haath kyon lagate of yeh button press karo'. And for one hour guy kept on pressing that button much to the annoyance of hapless hostess. When the aircraft was nearing Kathmandu...one guy shouted "voh dekho Royal palace" and many of the guys from DEF got up and rushed to other side to 'peep' out.

sir ji, I have seen indian "pasingerz" at ohare as well, and just looking at how they and their see-off party behaved and smelled, I decided not to fly air india. I have the exact same reservations about PIA.
But as much as I want to blame the airline, I cant. PIA or Air India.
when we fly to Pak in Gulf air, it is fine from Uk to Middleeast and when the other crowd gets on board to go to pakistan and India from bahrain or doha, its a frikkin disaster. same on the flights out, the first leg of karachi to middle east s always horrible, after that it is significantly better.
I dunno what can an airline do except have a drill sergeant with a billyclub to do some phainti of trouble makers and a bhangi to clean up the toiltes every 2 minutes

I have also seen them that's why I never fly Air India or Indian Airlines. On domestic routes it is Jet Airways always.
Vaise Indian aur Pakistani passengers ke behaviour main koi faraq hai kya. Many of these get a high kick ****ting at an altitude of 36,000 feet but forget to keep the loo tidy for the next passenger.
Take an IA flight from Singapore to Madras...sab southy bhai atleast 10-10 daaroo ki bottle le ke chadhte hain. As if dubaara peene ka mauka hi nahin milega.

hahahah, man, I have had the misfortune of opening loo doors and seeing ppl squatted with their feet planted on the toilet..sheesh. I mean what do these jackasses do if the plane hits turbulence while they are sitting like that..
