    Zubaida may join PPP

    GWADAR: Former education minister Zubaida Jalal is all set to defect from the Pakistan Muslim League-Qauid (PML-Q) to the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP), sources told Online.

    Zubaida developed differences with the PML-Q Balochistan leadership for not awarding an election ticket to her. The sources said that she would soon announce her joining the PPP. online

    Its a sad move. She should have joined PTI of IK. She has done so much for education of woman in her area.

    What was she going to do by joining PTI? PTI is paper party, and will end being dead party after this elections.

    why can't these people be faithful to their parties regardless of getting the ticket or not!!!

    This is happening in every party. This shows how intolerant our political leaders are.

    I am not pin pointing one single party this happens in every party!!

    ISLAMABAD: As many as 10 candidates have been nominated by different political parties to contest on three National Assembly seats reserved for women from Balochistan.

    Almost all the major political parties have nominated their candidates to contest on seats reserved for women, including the Pakistan Muslim League (PML-Q), the Pakistan Peopleís Party (PPP), the Muttahida Majlis-e-Amal (MMA), the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) and the regional parties.

    According to the Election Commission of Pakistan, the PML and the MMA have nominated three candidates each while PPP, PML-N, National Party (NP) and Balochistan National Party-Awami (BNP-A) have nominated one candidate each for the National Assembly reserved seats for women.

    Those nominated by the PML include Dr Noor Jahan Panezai, Faryal Hussain Khan and Zubaida Jalal.

    The candidates nominated by the MMA include Asiya Nasir, Aliya Kamran and Farhana Nawaz.

    Other candidates include Nazish Ayaz (PML-N), Dr Zil-e-Huma (PPP), Samina Khan (NP) and Farah Azeem Shah (BNP-A).

    Actually PML-Q wet their pants when they heard Zubaida considering joining PPP thats why they offered the ticket
